This LTV-356T-C Power Isolator IC from Lite-On is a high voltage, high speed power switch IC specially designed for applications involving the voltage isolation between two isolated power domains. It is a single channel device that comprises two MOSFETs in a high voltage, low RDS(on) configuration. It has a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 18V, and is capable of switching up to 8A of current with a maximum voltage of 100V. The IC also features a low power consumption of only 1.2mW and a very low standby current of 15uA. This makes it ideal for applications where power efficiency is a priority.
