Product Description:
The MAX3222EEUP+T is a dual transceiver RS-232 line driver/receiver. It features a low power consumption of 0.25 mA at 3V, high data rate up to 250 kbps, low EMI/RFI, low supply voltage of 3V to 5.5V, low standby current of 0.1 µA, low propagation delay of 4.5 µs, high noise immunity of ±15 kV ESD protection, and low input hysteresis of 0.8V. This device is suitable for use in a variety of applications including point-of-sale terminals, modems, printers, and industrial control systems.
